To Help you Get Out of Overwhelm, fast!

🌪️ Your Overwhelm Roadmap

First Aid for Brain Fog Paralysis

😮‍💨 For When your brain just… checks out..

It’s your step-by-step toolkit for the moments when life feels too f***ing much

For Those "FFS!" Moments

You know those moments when life feels like a browser with 47 tabs open?

Or worse, when everything goes completely blank and you just… "aaarrrrgggh"?

That’s not laziness. That’s not weakness. Your nervous system is overloaded and you're in overwhelm.

For AuDHD women, it’s familiar:

  • A million thoughts pinging around your head, and you can't grab hold of any of them.

  • Or total brain fog and it feels like your mind just isn't functioning.

Your inner critic is in overdrive and you're thinking "Why can’t I do this anymore?!” It's sooo frustrating, you used to be able to handle so much.

And it feels impossible to pull yourself out of it. No matter how many times you tell yourself to "Just come on!" "Get it together!"

No matter how many coffees you drink...

Even when you get to your desk for an early start, you just feel... stuck.

  • You stare at your computer screen, and you have no idea where to start.

  • You're thinking "Where has my energy gone?" "Why can't I just focus??"

But here’s the truth: you don’t need to “push through.” You need first aid for your nervous system.

That’s exactly what this Roadmap gives you.

What is Your Overwhelm Roadmap?

A calm, clear process that helps you:

  • Recognise when you’re in overwhelm (and stop blaming yourself)

  • Untangle the noise in your head

  • Reset your energy before doing anything else

  • Take one small, doable step forward, without spiralling

Think of it as a compass for brain fog paralysis: guiding you back to clarity, one step at a time.

What Will You Learn?

  • 11 clear, simple steps → so you know exactly what to do when you don't know what to do next

  • Energy-first focus → because your nervous system needs care before your to-do list.

  • Quick relief tools → from brain-dump downloads to simple sensory resets.

  • Compassion baked in → this isn’t productivity hacks. It’s about self-care, not self-punishment.

  • Accessible formats → whether you scribble, voice-note, or just breathe, you can use this your way.

🫶 Is it for me?

This roadmap is designed for you if:

  • You're a woman who is late-diagnosed, self-diagnosed, or strongly suspect AuDHD.

  • You're in peri/menopause who’s had enough of brain foggey overwhelm and want a tangible plan you can follow to find your way out of that, the next time it hits.

  • And you are tired of feeling like you are failing!

🛑 But what if…?

“I don’t have the energy to follow another plan.”

  • → This Roadmap is designed for low-energy days. Some steps are just 1–2 minutes.

I’ve tried productivity hacks before and they don’t work.”

  • → This isn’t about productivity. It’s about self-care, clarity, and starting to prioritise yourself.

    “I’ll never finish it.”

  • → You don’t have to. Even one step can shift you out of paralysis.

💗 Hi, I'm Clare

I Get Whats Going On For You..

I understand where you are. I was exhausted, stuck, working waaay too hard and thinking I had to do it all. There was no way it would have occured to me that when overwhelm hit that there was any other option than just to power on through. To keep going despite being exhausted.

To be honest I didn't know just how exhausted I really was. I thought I was doing a great job, for sure I was getting great results. But when I look back, I know that I could have been doing things, maybe a bit better. And without a doubt, I could have been getting those results with a lot more ease, and at much less of a cost to myself. To my physical health. To my mental health. To my self esteem.

This roadmap approach was one of the first steps I took in getting my life back. In starting to put me first, and starting to find out who I was underneath the stress and the fear and the people pleasing and the pushing on through. I know it worked for me, and I believe it can help you, too.
